I make a mean spinach and cottage cheese canneloni (bit less cheese than using ricotta, plus a bit more healthy). Plus spaghetti bolognese made meat free either with quorn or just veggies. I use an organic beef stock cube to give it the beefy taste.

Final alternative is good old poached eggs and spinach on toast. Mmmmm....</description>
