   As well as Fairtrade Fortnight, people trying to live ethically may also want to keep an eye on events during Co-operatives Fortnight (June 19th – July 3rd). Ethical co-ops like Unicorn and On the 8th Day will be holding co-op themed events, and online ethical shopping co-op Ethics Girls is cutting membership from the usual £20 to £5 – which entitles new members to a share in the co-op’s profits and to free returns, but also allows them to get involved in the running of the co-operative and decisions on its ethics.
